In this article, we will give you a general overview and some tips on how to get the most out of the PPM Express OKR Report Pack.
PPM Express OKR Report Pack includes four main sections:
- Objectives Dashboard
- Objectives
- Objective Details
- Contribution
Objectives Dashboard
Objectives Dashboard includes information for your Objectives. This section does not include the information for Key Results.

There are three types of filters that can be applied to this report:
- ‘Top-level Objectives only’ filter
- Filter pane filters
- Visuals cross-filtering
The ‘Top-level Objectives only’ filter allows focusing only on the top-level objectives in one click. Sub-Objectives will be filtered out and will not be visible.

Filter pane filters allow filtering the data in the report according to the filter values selected. Bold font indicates that a filter is applied.

“Objective Date Filter” provides three options for selection:
- Past – Objectives with FinishDate < TODAY
- Future – Objective with StartDate > TODAY
- Current – the rest (those that are not covered by Past and Future)
“Objective Dates” filter allows filtering out and reviewing the Objectives where at least one date from the Start Date to Finish Date is within the selected calendar period.
It is possible to select several modes for setting up this period:
Advanced filtering mode allows setting up any dates for the period:

Relative date mode provides predefined conditions that are based on today's date.

Visuals cross-filtering is also available in the report.
For example, if you click the On Track and At Risk cards, the adjacent visuals will be filtered accordingly.

You can remove the selection either by clicking the card again or by using the Clear selection button to deselect all selected cards.

To review the details of the required Objective, right-click on the Objective => Drill through => Objective Details.

Alternatively, select the required row in the table and navigate to Objective Details by clicking the corresponding button.

Objectives
Two views are available for the Objectives section: List and Gantt Chart.

This report provides a filter panel and a ‘Top-level Objectives’ slicer that includes a list of the top-level Objectives.

The slicer filter selection not only filters the selected Objective but also its sub-objectives to the lowest level.
Two types of row grouping are available: Objectives and Objectives -> Key Results, allowing you to view either objectives only or both objectives and their key results.

The list of fields available in the table is predefined. The Timeline column is hidden by default. It serves as a compact alternative to the Gantt Chart view.
You can select which columns you want to show or hide. Additionally, you can reorder the table columns. To do this, first clear the selection in the dropdown using Clear selection, and then enable the fields in the desired order.

Column sorting is controlled through a slicer, where you can choose either ascending (↑) or descending (↓) order.

Objective Details can be opened by right-clicking on the Objective => Drill through => Objective Details. Alternatively, you can click on the required Objective to select it and then click on the Objective Details button.

Objective Details
Objective Details report provides detailed information for the selected Objective.
To review the details of the required Objective, right-click on the Objective => Drill through => Objective Details.

Alternatively, you can click on the required Objective to select it and then click on the Objective Details button.

There are two views available for this report: General and Progress Details.

The Progress Details view shows the progress (forecast, target, current) and values (target value, current value, start value).

Contribution
Project contribution to Objectives or Key Results can be analyzed from two perspectives:
- Objectives (contributed) by Projects
- Projects (contributed) to Objectives

Objectives by Projects view
The table supports three types of row grouping: Objectives, Objectives -> Key Result, Objectives -> Key Results -> Projects.

Default grouping is Objectives -> Key Result.
By default, the table displays only those Objectives and their Key Results that contribute. You can expand the displayed item list if needed by unchecking the 'Hide non-contributed' checkboxes.

The third grouping level shows the entire contribution chain: Objective -> Key Result -> Project.

Projects to Objectives view
The table supports three types of row grouping: Project, Project -> Objective, Project -> Objective -> Project Key Result.

By default, the Parent Objectives and Timeline columns are hidden.

The Parent Objective column lists the parent objectives as breadcrumbs.

The Timeline column places the dates and progress of different entities, both Projects and Objectives, on a single timeline scale.

As in other reports, there are two ways to drill through to Objective Details: right-click on the Objective => Drill through => Objective Details. Alternatively, you can click on the required Objective to select it and then click on the Objective Details button.
