This article will review how to generate PPM Express Project Risks using AI functionality.
This functionality allows you to create risks for your PPM Express projects using AI.
When the PPM Insights AI is enabled on your tenant, the Generate with AI option becomes available on the Project dashboard, Risks project section.
Please note: Only users with Edit permission for the project can use this functionality (as well as Project Managers with edit permission for the Project).
To generate Project Risks with AI, perform the following:
1. Open the Project dashboard -> Risks project section and click on Generate with AI.
2. If the 'Include Project Information' checkbox is checked, the Project name, description, active tasks, and Overall status description will be transmitted to Open AI for risk generation.
Describe the project in the 'Context for AI Risks Generation' field, providing as many details as possible.
If the 'Include Project Information' checkbox is selected, additional context used for risk generation can be provided in this field. If not selected, the field becomes required. You need to describe the project or initiative in detail for more precise risk generation and only the provided information will be considered.
The more context you provide, the more precise the output. For example, following the Agile methodology, we implement company-wide CRM software to enhance our customer management processes. Also, you can type in the number of risks you need to create.
3. Click Generate. Allow AI some time to generate the risks for you.
When the risks are generated, you can review them first and deselect the ones you don't need.
If you need to change the risks or add more, click Back and provide more details for AI in the Context field.
To close this window without risks creation, click Cancel.
4. Once ready, click the Create Risks button, and the risks will appear in the Risks Project section.
Probability, Impact, and Status fields will be filled in automatically.
