The Status Report in PPM Express provides a quick, visual overview of a project’s current state.
It is designed to be simple and easy to read, presenting the most important information in four key sections.
All status fields are color-coded for quick recognition.
The report layout presents the four sections in clear blocks for easy scanning.
1. Overall Status
- Shows the current overall project status (e.g., On Track, At Risk, Off Track).
- Displays the progress percentage based on the latest project updates.
- Includes the Overall Status Description from the project, with any formatting preserved.
- The status color matches the configured status indicator (e.g., green, yellow, red).
2. Schedule Status
- Displays the Schedule Status (e.g., On Track, Delayed).
- Shows progress percentage, key schedule dates, and schedule description.
- Data is taken directly from the corresponding project schedule fields.
3. Risk Status
- Shows the Risk Status (default project risk indicator).
- Displays the number of active risks in the project.
- Includes the Risk Status Description from the project.
4. Issues Status
- Shows the Issues Status (default project issue indicator).
- Displays the number of active issues in the project.
- Includes the Issues Status Description from the project.
