Private Projects
The Private Projects feature offers a way to keep sensitive project information visible only to selected team members and "invisible" to others. These Projects are created just like regular ones but are marked as "Private", making them accessible only to users with granted access.
You'll see a "Private" label next to the project name across all pages, and you can easily manage or find these projects using the new "Project Visibility" filter.
Private Projects and their related tasks or items will only appear on PPM Insights and My Space for users with the right permissions. This ensures privacy while still allowing assigned team members to stay in the loop.

PPM Insights AI Agents
In November 2025, we introduced the first version of our new functionality in PPM Express - AI Agents.
AI Agents were designed to support smarter project execution by turning data into actionable insights and reducing manual effort. They help teams make faster, more informed decisions while keeping project managers fully in control.
As we continued to evolve the product, we identified opportunities to significantly improve the current implementation. We are now reworking this functionality and planning to extend the capabilities initially introduced.
We will introduce an enhanced version of AI Agents in the future, delivering a more powerful and refined experience.
Advanced Stage-Gate
Each project in PPM Express follows a structured process that guides it through different stages.
Process Management for Ultra Plan offers more complex approval workflows with enhanced flexibility and control over the approval process.
Gates are available on both Enterprise and Enterprise Ultra plans, allowing you to manage project milestones and checkpoints effectively. But the Ultra Plan provides an advanced approval process, allowing for more detailed validation and tracking of project processes.

Enterprise Time Tracking Features
Businesses often face challenges integrating time tracking data with their existing project management, HR, and accounting systems. A time-tracking API will help integrate seamlessly with other tools, enabling data synchronization across platforms and eliminating isolated data across different systems. Once configured, external suggestions can be created via the API. With the suggestions available, users can easily import them as Time Entries on the My Time page. You can find detailed instructions for doing this in this article.
With PPM Express Ultra Plan, the Resource Plan Smart Suggestions feature is available, allowing users to import planned hours from projects into their Timesheet automatically.
PPM Express Enterprise Ultra Plan provides flexible settings for managing Cost Type and Billable Type values in Timesheets. Administrators can decide whether these values are pulled from tasks or projects and whether users are allowed to change them manually.
Also, it is possible to record reported time to Resource Plan actuals. When enabled, it automatically recalculates Actuals for all projects with reported time, replacing any previous values.
In addition to streamlining time reporting, the feature also supports the creation of Custom Fields on the My Time page. This allows users to track and report time more efficiently and tailor the Timesheet to their specific needs.

Archive Projects
Archiving your Projects will ensure that you have completely finished working on a certain Project, but will also help you avoid losing data that needs to be preserved for transparency, record keeping, and evidence of certain Project activities.
It also allows you to reference past projects when creating new ones. Having a record of your project data makes it easy to rely on previous projects as valuable reference points for future planning.

Audit
The Audit feature lets you see a detailed history of changes made in the system, including projects and their related entities. You can track what was changed, who made the change, and when it happened.
This gives you full visibility into updates across projects, tasks, and other components, helping ensure accountability and transparency within your team.

Multiple Tenants & Sandboxes
PPM Express offers a multi-tenant option, available exclusively on the Enterprise Ultra plan, that may be useful for organizations across multiple scenarios. For example, if your organization has several departments that need separate tenants to work on their projects, portfolios, etc. This feature allows you to manage separate tenants for different projects, portfolios, and more.

Dedicated Hosting
With Dedicated Hosting, your organization gets a completely separate environment — hosted independently from other customers. Unlike our standard EU/US shared hosting (where infrastructure and deployments are shared), dedicated instances are isolated at every level.
