Managing your Work with the My Space Page

The My Space page in PPM Express offers a unified workspace where you can view all your assigned tasks, action items, risks, issues, and change requests. It streamlines work management by categorizing assignments according to due dates, priority levels, and status, making it easier to stay organized and on track. It is a powerful tool designed to help users stay organized and manage their workload effectively. 

Key Features:

  • Summary Tiles & My Assignments: Clickable tiles allow quick filtering of the table below by item type and status.

  • Search & Filters: Quickly find tasks using search, pre-filters, and custom filters.

  • Grouping & Views: Organize assignments by Due Date, Status, or Project. Switch between Table and Timeline views.

  • Project Access & Editing: Edit tasks from the My Space directly, if you have project permissions. If access is restricted, you can request it directly.

  • Microsoft Teams Integration: Add My Space to Teams for seamless task management. If you use Microsoft Teams in your everyday work, you can add the My Space page to the required Teams channel(s) and manage it there or open this page in PPM Express from Teams. 

  • Report Time Feature: Log time directly on tasks for accurate time tracking. The ‘Report Time’ option allows users to report their time on PPM Express tasks during the current day to PPM Express Time.
