PPM Express Subscription Plans

PPM Express provides two subscription plans that you can select from:

  • Enterprise
  • Enterprise Ultra

For pricing details and information about what is included in each plan, please fill in the form at https://ppm.express/quote or contact our Sales Team directly at sales@ppm.express

PPM Express Enterprise and Enterprise Ultra plans are designed for organizations that require enterprise-level features. Customers can buy these plans by contacting the Sales Team through the Contact Us button and sending all the details. You will receive a payment order.

Trial subscription period

When registering a new tenant, the Enterprise plan will be applied for the trial period. During the trial period, the plan can be switched to the Enterprise Ultra. You can switch the plan by clicking the Contact Us button on the Billing settings page.

A trial license for all plans will be valid for 30 days and will include unlimited users and team members (by default, when a trial is registered).

After a 30-day trial period for the Enterprise plans, users have a grace period of 7 days to continue using the PPM Express functionality.

Once the trial period is over, you will need to select a subscription plan to continue using PPM Express. If the required plan is not purchased after a 30-day trial, only the Billing page will be available for the PPM Express Administrator. Other users will lose access to PPM Express until the plan is purchased.

User License Types

Two types of licenses can be assigned to PPM Express users:

  • User- users with this license may have a full set of PPM Express permissions. The PPM Express administrator defines the permission level for each user with a User license on the People Management page and sets the default permissions for the User license type.
  • Team Member - users with a Team Member license have read permissions and view all PPM Express Portfolios, Programs, and Projects by default. Using 'Collaborate on' permission, the PPM Express administrator can grant Team Members permission to edit PPM Express tasks. On the People Management page, the PPM Express administrator may define what Portfolios, Programs and/or Projects these users have permission to review and/or edit tasks for.

The person who registered the PPM Express tenant will have a User license type with the Administrative app permissions.

Other users can be invited to PPM Express by following the steps outlined in this article: 'How to invite users'. The PPM Express Administrator can change the license type and assign the licenses and permissions as required on the People Management page.

For detailed information on the available plans on how to select and pay for the required plan, please refer to the 'Billing Settings' article.
